Dan began his new career with FUMA on October 8, 2018, in Red Cloud, NE.
Dan was born and raised in the Red Cloud area, where he graduated high school in 1996 and Southeast Community College in 1998 with a degree in Auto Collison Repair Technology. In 2004 he married his wife, Amber. They have remained in Red Cloud where they are raising their two young children, Madison (13) and Benjamin (10) and the family Boxer Abby (7), who is not only the family protector but can be seen daily at the office as door greeter.
Prior to becoming an insurance agent Dan spent 6 years as the manager of the local CarQuest parts store and then 5 years as the manager of the parts department for the local John Deere.
In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family camping, boating, golfing and just about anything outside. When he is not chasing kids to baseball, softball, volleyball, football, or basketball, he keeps himself busy as a board member of many organization such as the Red Cloud Airport Authority Board, Red Cloud Cemetery Board, Red Cloud Golf Club Board, a member of the Red Cloud Downtown Revitalization Committee, and an active volunteer fireman for the past 25 years and well as Fire Chief for the past two years.
