Kyle Wade

Kyle started his insurance career in 2013, working for a captive agency in Grand Island. While learning much about the insurance industry and enjoying selling insurance, he realized he did not like the limitations of being a captive agent and the one-size-fits-all approach. Joining Farmers Union Midwest Agency in 2015 offered him the opportunity to branch out on his own as an independent agent, affording him the chance truly go to work for the customer and offer them the best coverage at a competitive rate by working with multiple carriers. Today, Kyle and his staff still strive to provide the best possible insurance solutions and service for individuals, families, farms and businesses.

Kyle grew up in small-town Hemingford, Nebraska in the northwest panhandle, where he learned his entrepreneurial spirit from his father who owned a grocery store. It was at his dad’s store that he learned the value of hard work and customer service at a young age. After graduating high school, Kyle went on to earn his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the UNL in 2006 and a Master’s Degree in Sport Management from Texas State University in 2008. He married his wife Sarah in 2009, moved back to Nebraska in the Grand Island area in 2010. Today they are raising their three children: Vayda, Presley, and Hattie Mae.

Outside of work, Kyle and his family are active members of their church. Kyle coaches his kids in various sports. Kyle is an avid Huskers fan and enjoys the outdoors and staying active.
