Zach Teske

Zach Teske began his insurance career on October 15th of 2014 with Farmers Union Midwest Agency in Wamego, KS. Growing up just north of Wamego on his family’s farm in rural Wheaton, KS, Zach graduated from Onaga High School and then pursued higher education at Highland Community College and Emporia State University, where he played five seasons of football while earning his bachelor’s degree in business administration. After graduation he moved to Omaha, NE where he got on with Walgreens Pharmacy. He worked his way up in management for 8 years, eventually running his own store in south Omaha. During this time he married the love of his life, Stacy from Seneca, KS. After pursuing careers in Omaha for a time, they decided to return closer to family and eventually settled in Wamego. During this time, they managed with the help of God to bring 5 children into this world, Titan, Emersen, Maclyn, Lawson, and Hesston. Their life has been full and blessed. The opportunity to run his own agency has afforded Zach with the ability to be active in his children’s lives and involved in the community, where he has coached numerous teams, announced and provided play by play for Wamego junior and senior high schools football and basketball, and runs the Wamego youth tackle football program. Despite the impact that sports has had on Zach’s life, his true passion can be found just north on 99 Hwy where he volunteers as a religious education teacher at his local Catholic Parish, St Bernards. Here he has helped teach various grades from 5th through 12th since joining the Church in 2016.
