COVID-19 Agency Update
March 16, 2020
Our Agency is actively monitoring the most current updates of the COVID-19 National Pandemic and the impact in our states. As an agency, our top priority is the health and safety of our Agents, our employees and our customers.
We do not feel at this time the COVID-19 virus has directly impacted our business operations or our ability to provide service to our agents, customers and agency partners. However, we have communicated to our agents, employees and management to limit travel and on-site or external office visits whenever possible to only the most critical interactions. In doing so we are attempting to consider all perspectives of socially conscience responsibility by reducing the risk of individual exposure and the potential spread of the COVID-19 Virus.
We will continue to monitor updates and the impact of the COVID-19 virus over the coming weeks. We do not anticipate any service interruptions. Our intent is to continue to provide excellent service and support to our agents and customers. As an agency we will continue to evaluate our business plans and prepare for any potential adjustments we may need to make as a result of the spread of this virus. We will continue to communicate to our staff and agents as new information becomes available.
Respectfully,
Jeffrey L Downing, CIC, LUTCF
